THE MCCORMICK APPROACH
Local care.
A broader Florida reach.
McCormick’s story began in Cedar Key in 2003. Today, our collection reaches from West Palm Beach and the Miami area to St. Pete–Clearwater and Cedar Key, with office teams in West Palm Beach, the Gulf Coast area and Cedar Key.
Katie and Adam Stites took over the company in January 2023, bringing more than 20 years of real estate experience and firsthand experience owning vacation properties. Our approach combines personal relationships with the tools needed to market, book and care for a vacation home.
Every property is different. We’ll discuss its location, condition, guest appeal and your priorities, then explain the services and management arrangement that may fit.
