The Pine & Palms: Indian Rocks Beach private luxury resort

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It doesn't look great from the front but the backyard is amazing. There were large rooms which was very nice and the bathrooms have been redone. Pillows and bedding are great. The house could use some pressure washing and updating but overall it's a great property!

Great place to stay the house is very clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend this place. Also great hospitality with enough supplies and dishes.

Great host and house

The house is beautiful but there were things that were not in working order. I complete list was sent to the host so hopefully they have taken care of the items, especially the grill and plumbing.

This was a very last-minute booking for us after our original property canceled just two days before our trip, so we were scrambling to find another place quickly. Thankfully, the host was absolutely wonderful extremely responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with throughout our stay.The home itself was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and honestly one of the best-equipped rentals we’ve stayed in. The kitchen, beach supplies, and overall amenities were impressive. The pool was perfectly warm without needing extra heat, and the hot tub was hot and ready to use, which we really appreciated.We did have an issue with the grill and a strong propane smell when we first arrived, but the host addressed it and had it fixed within a few days. While the inside of the home was great, the exterior could definitely use some pressure washing. One important thing to know is the beach access. It is not walkable in our opinion, especially if you have children or are carrying beach gear. It’s about a 30 minute walk minimum. Driving to the beach took around 10 minutes, but parking can be difficult, and they do tow, so pay close attention to parking rules. We ended up using Uber at times, which averaged about 20 each way.Overall, despite the stressful circumstances that brought us here, we had a great stay and appreciated how well-stocked and comfortable the home was.
