The property was in the best location in Cedar Key. The rear and front porch was very inviting and pleasant. Spent three nights there. Did some fishing ate some good food. Enjoyed the water view from morning to the evening. Looking forward to coming back.

Our entire experience with this VRBO location was excellent. From the reservation process to the check-in to the stay and the checkout, it was all a positive experience. The home was clean, the host was easy to communicate with, the view was spectacular and the atmosphere is very family friendly.

The Pelican Place had an amazing view and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Communication about the property, check-in process and suggestions on things to do around the area were excellent. The entire process was flawless. Any questions I had were answered very quickly. The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We will definitely be back. Thanks!

Absolutely wonderful! The home is clean, comfortable and the location is beautiful!Katie and Adam are the perfect hosts; very helpful with info about the area and always respond quickly! Will definitely be staying here again!
