Salt Life #2: Endless Gulf views

I don't take lightly leaving a negative review however I feel there are certain things that folks considering this property need to know. First, the water views are indeed amazing, just as advertised. And the property manager is attentive, though prepare to receive several automated messages.The unit is narrow, with 3 levels - entry, main and upper where there are 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The stairwell to the main level is steep and very, very narrow, and from the main to upper level also steep but not as narrow. May be difficult to navigate for some. Generally, the furnishings are in fair to poor condition, with many stains, for example, on one of the sofas. There were also signs of pet hair just about everywhere. The kitchen is minimally equipped but functional. The one bathroom has a very low ceiling, guessing 6', and it was not clean; taking a shower can set off the smoke alarm.The AC unit is next to the primary bedroom and it is loud. If you are a heavy sleeper, this should not be a problem for you, if not, might be an issue.Last, one can easily hear what is going on in the next unit from inside or outside. I had the unfortunate pleasure of a small group of guys next door simply having a good time, which translated into an unpleasant stay. No fault of the management, just something to be aware of. I would have liked the 5 star property many reported, but that was not my experience. I ended up leaving a day early and taking the loss.

Lovely condo, well appointed with great amenities. Hosts very responsive to questions. The waterfront views were beautiful.

Property is nicely located but poorly maintained. At least one item presented a significant safety hazard.

The condo was lovely and had everything we needed. There were two balconies where I saw dolphins every day. My bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The kitchen had a dishwasher which was nice. They had many spices to use. We were right by the beach. I felt safe every day and the community was kind and welcoming. I highly recommend

We had the best time! First time here and will be back.The property is gorgeous. We enjoyed watching dolphins all day, from Two viewing decks.We really liked the privacy and quiet.Everything was so close, bikes are provided.We took the golf cart tour with Ryan. A must!! We learned about this amazing place and the best spots to shop and eat.The little beach was steps away.Very friendly town, owners were very welcoming and responsive. Beds were super comfortable.
