Positive: Love the view , the comforter looked new, and the furniture was in good condition for the most part. The location was very good. Negative: The sheets were musty, not fresh. The television was way too small and in awkward position. The pots and pans were cheap, not good cooking quality. No shampoo or conditioner, so glad I brought my own. The pillows were hard, again so glad I brought my own. The ice tray was broken. The tub was not draining, had to call maintenance. The closet was full of cleaning tools. The sliding doors are old. And the window treatments were the worst! Pain in the neck to close and open! Should have had black out draperies on a travers rod and roller shades , instead of individual shutters that had to be open and closed individually and the draperies had to be individually tugged and pulled to get privacy or open. The elevator was not operating , so I had to bring everything up the stairs. When the tide was out , I was looking at a mud bog. The photos looked much better than the room actually was. The overall exterior of the bill was gloomy and worn.

The condo was exactly as pictured! The kitchen had everything necessary if we had been cooking, but we enjoyed the local restaurants this trip!! The location was perfect, we had a great view of the beach and the dolphin pods from the balcony. We watched them for hours jumping and chasing fish!! We hope that the other buildings and pool are able to be repaired or rebuilt and understand it takes time. The hurricanes are so destructive, we went thru Ian 3 years ago and totally get it!! We were happy that there were as many restaurants and shops open as there were, I don't think we missed visiting any of them!! We didn't have to use our car at all, as everything was within walking distance. The Host were awesome, very easy to reach and responded quickly to the one question we did have.The bed, the A/C, TV reception, functionality of the room, etc was all perfect. All in all, it was an amazing stay at an amazing place!
