Paradise Palms #2C at Old Fenimore Mills

Fantastic condo! Location is prime, was stocked very well, clean, and management helped us when needed. Might be out regular spot when we come back!

I'm not sure if I need to blame the owner or property manager but there was a damaged ceiling fan on back porch that could have removed prior to our arrival to prevent it from possibly be injured as several blade were removed and the base was hanging at almost head level. Also on Friday night the main water was spraying everywhere I notified the management company and was told they would notify maintenance and someone would be out Saturday. We went out for the day on Saturday and when we came back the water was turned off, so we figured someone was repairing it but that wasn't the case. I had to notify the management company again to notified them again,we had no water now. They responded around 6:15pm saying a plumber was on the way. And said the owner was offering the buy us dinner for the inconvenience but then we were in for the night and weren't eating dinner. So I guess since we didn't eat dinner we weren't getting any compensation, I never saw any at least. They had a roofing company working on the adjacent build that didn't bother us, but there screws very close and in our parking area. The property was clean and nice with access to the water. There was food, shops and public beach/ramp within walking distance. The island was nice but had muckie water but if your into oyster and seafood it is a good place to be. We stayed here to see if this would be our future home but wife wants clear water, so the search continues. The location isn't the owners fault. TY

This condo was excellent! It was well-stocked with everything we needed and was very clean. The finishes were updated and it felt like it may have been recently renovated. Our favorite space was the balcony! There were at least 30 dolphins swimming and playing all day right in our view. Would definitely stay here again!
